Research
I help organisations to develop research to support funding bids, plan service/policy improvements, or inform specific campaigns. I undertake both quantitative and qualitative projects but specialise in collaborative and participatory social research focused on lived experience. I can help produce outputs in a range for formats, tailored for the audience and provide support for further engagement and dissemination.
Training
I develop and run bespoke training sessions for specific organisational needs. That training may be for research dissemination, to provide greater understanding of policy impacts, or to teach new organisation procedures.
Project management
I have over 15 years’ experience in project management, including Agile and Prince2 projects. I can help individuals or organisations develop project plans, produce requirements specifications, create proposals, develop bespoke project template documentation, establish project office processes, and more.
